E-mail communication is an essential part of doing business. The exchange of data via e-mail can, however, have security gaps and can potentially be spied on by experienced internet users.

Anyone who wants to ensure the confidentiality, authenticity and integrity of e-mail communication should therefore rely on e-mail encryption.

If you want to send us an encrypted e-mail, you can use the following services:

 

PGP (Pretty Good Privacy)

CONET uses a public PGP key that is valid for all e-mail addresses of the domain conet.de (domain key). You can download the public PGP key for CONET here:

S/MIME

CONET also supports the S/MIME service. The personal certificates used by CONET are issued by SwissSign and published in the SwissSign directory.

You can access certificates from employees who have been activated for the S/MIME service on the Open Keys Website, for example.

In order to protect your personal data, you can communicate with us encrypted via PGP or S/MIME if you have any questions or further communication about your application. Here you will find the public certificates provided for our e-mail address recruiting@conet.de:
